The engagement shoot is a perfect way for us to get to know each other even more... and to also get both of you comfortable in front of the camera. Think of it like a dress rehearsal, except, everything goes according to plan. I will be in touch to answer any questions you have from location to wardrobe, props to poses. Best part? I use flattering poses and not photoshop to capture that perfect "OMG" shot!

The sooner the better! I often recommend to newly-engaged couples that they should book their wedding photographer right after (or if not, the same time!) as booking their wedding venue. Since I also work full-time as a nurse, I take a limited amount of wedding clients each year. If you love my photography style, get in touch and let's chat!

An engagement photoshoot is often included with my packages so that will also allow us to get to know one another better before the big day!
Great question! Yes, I do offer advice and guidance in wedding day timeline planning. Closer to your wedding day, we will have a couple meetings and conversations to discuss the photos that you want and how we can best coordinate together to make sure we capture them. If you are working with a planner, I am also happy to collaborate wherever I can!
Yes, I travel outside of Ottawa (and Canada!) for weddings. Based on the location, duration, and other wedding details, I am happy to chat with you and provide a custom proposal so that you have all the information you need. The earlier you are able to let me know, the better I can plan.
You will receive all images that turn out, lightly retouched and delivered
via online gallery. You can usually expect to receive the full gallery within 4-6 weeks after your wedding. If you would like to order any prints, let me know and I am happy to provide more details.
